Hola gente de #Hive Y #Actifit El día de hoy les estaré comentando un poco sobre mis actividades y cómo estuve pasando el día. Me levanté un poco tarde no les voy a mentir por la mañana ya que Hace unos cuantos días que estaba durmiendo poco y decidí dormir un poco más esta noche una vez me levanté realicé mi desayuno y estuve trabajando y haciendo algunas cositas además de que me estoy preparando para empezar curso de intensivos de la universidad para adelantar algunas materias y tener un poco más ligero el siguiente semestre. El día de hoy tocaba descansar lamentablemente ayer llovió en la noche por lo que tuve que entrenar un poco mas tarde lo normal pero al final logré entrenar así que el día de hoy sí podía tomarme descanso Por lo que estuve tranquila en mi hogar pero por supuesto no siempre me gusta quedarme completamente inactivo todos los días por lo que decidí aprovechar mi nueva adquisición para entrenar un poco y me refiero a una nueva cuerda de saltar que me dieron en Una de las últimas competencias que afortunadamente logré ganar. Así que estuve El día de hoy haciendo un poco de salto de cuerda Y por supuesto al guito de entrenamiento de calistenia que nunca puede faltar finalmente después de un rato saltando la cuerda y el entrenamiento concluí me fui a bañar cene y empezó a descansar. Hello, everyone at #Hive and #Actifit. Today, I'm going to tell you a little bit about my activities and how I spent my day. I woke up a little late, I'm not going to lie to you, because I hadn't been sleeping much for a few days and I decided to sleep a little longer tonight. Once I got up, I made breakfast and worked and did a few things, as well as preparing to start intensive university courses to get ahead in some subjects and have a slightly lighter workload next semester. Today was a day of rest. Unfortunately, it rained last night, so I had to train a little later than usual, but in the end, I managed to train, so today I could take a break. So, I was relaxing at home, but of course, I don't always like to be completely inactive every day, so I decided to take advantage of my new purchase to train a little, and I'm referring to a new jump rope that I was given at one of the last competitions, which I fortunately managed to win. So today I did a little rope jumping and, of course, the calisthenics training that can never be missed. Finally, after a while of jumping rope and training, I finished, took a shower, had dinner, and started to rest. Thank you very much to everyone for watching and for being here.
