Hola gente de #Hive Y #Actifit, el día de hoy les traigo un reporte de mi entre y día en general, bastante amigable la verdad. Me levante por la mañana para ver clases ya que me tocaban porque metí intensivos en la universidad. Gracias a Dios un amigo me dio la cola hasta la universidad por lo que no tuve que viajar en el bus. Llegué y la docente no había llegado, aunque lo cómico es que no sabía en qué salón íbamos a ver clases y tuve que buscar por todos lados hasta que me encontré a un amigo que me comentó que el salón estaba cerrado porque había un nido de avispas y que nos iban a mudar de salón, aunque la verdad es que no había llegado la profesora. Finalmente llegó y luego de presentarse nos comentó que no había venido por problemas de horario y que lo íbamos a acomodar, así que luego de discutirlo llegamos a un acuerdo, por lo que vamos a ver clases solo los jueves que es un horario amigable para la profe y los otros. Luego la profesora nos pidió hacer una actividad y a los 5 minutos se fue la luz. Por lo que nos dijo que no quería que nos dañaramos la vista asi que nos dejó esa asignación para la otra semana y nos fuimos luego de aproximadamente 20 minutos de clases. Regrese a mi hogar y estuve descansando hasta venir a entrenar El entrenamiento de consistió simplemente en algunas planchas y sobre todo estuve expiando las flexiones que es un movimiento que actualmente estoy entrenando con bastante más regularidad de resto y sé algo de from porque nunca falta y intente algo que no había intentado lo que es las flexiones en su pino de plancha en bar la verdad es que la sensación es bastante interesante y espero ir mejorándola poco a poco Poco más que añadir este reporte muchas gracias por ver y por estar y nos vemos en una siguiente publicación.
Hello, everyone at #Hive and #Actifit. Today, I'm bringing you a report on my day, which was quite pleasant, to be honest. I got up in the morning to go to class, since I had to attend intensive courses at the university. Thankfully, a friend gave me a ride to the university, so I didn't have to take the bus. I arrived and the teacher hadn't arrived yet, but the funny thing is that I didn't know which classroom we were going to have class in, so I had to look everywhere until I found a friend who told me that the classroom was closed because there was a wasp nest and that they were going to move us to another classroom, although the truth is that the teacher hadn't arrived yet. She finally arrived and after introducing herself, she told us that she hadn't come because of scheduling problems and that we were going to work it out, so after discussing it, we reached an agreement that we would only have classes on Thursdays, which is a convenient time for the teacher and the others. Then the teacher asked us to do an activity, and five minutes later the power went out. She told us she didn't want us to damage our eyesight, so she left us that assignment for the following week, and we left after about 20 minutes of class. I went home and rested until it was time to go to training. The training consisted simply of some planks, and I mainly did push-ups, which is a movement I am currently training with much more regularity than the rest. I know something about it because I never miss it, and I tried something I had never tried before, which is push-ups in a plank position on a bar.
