My Actifit Report Card: August 29 2025
Hola gente de #Hive Y #Actifit, hoy les traigo mi reporte de actividades y entrenamiento del día de ayer. El día empezó temprano por la mañana ya que tenia que ir a la universidad, pero a pesar de que se supone que la única clase que iba a estar viendo en estos intensivos (al menos de manera presencial) iba a ser inglés justo los jueves, pero resulta que los alumnos de la materia de algebra lineal pidieron una clase presencial por razones que desconozco asi que tuve que ir a ver primero esa clase presencialmente. Debido a eso estuve a las 9 de la mañana viendo la respectiva clase, y cuando termino esa fui a ver clases de inglés. Para finalizar la mañana/mediodía regresé a mi hogar acompañado de un amigo. El resto de la tarde estuve cumpliendo algunas actividades diarias cotidianas y finalmente llegó el momento del entrenamiento. Llegué a las barras y luego de un breve calentamiento empecé con mi rutina. El dia de ayer me tocaba entrenar plancha así que colocamos una buenas rolas de YouTube y empezamos. En resumidas cuentas entrene holdeos, flexiones y presses entre otras cosas de full, y como no puede faltar un poco de front. Muchas gracias por leer y estar y nos vemos en una próxima publicación.
Hello, everyone at #Hive and #Actifit. Today, I bring you my report on yesterday's activities and training. The day started early in the morning because I had to go to college, but even though the only class I was supposed to be attending in these intensive courses (at least in person) was English on Thursdays, it turns out that the students in the linear algebra class requested an in-person class for reasons unknown to me, so I had to go to that class first. Because of that, I was there at 9 a.m. watching that class, and when it ended, I went to watch the English classes. To finish off the morning/midday, I returned home with a friend. The rest of the afternoon I was doing some daily activities, and finally it was time for training. I got to the bars and after a brief warm-up, I started my routine. Yesterday, it was my turn to train planks, so we put on some good tunes from YouTube and got started. In short, I trained holds, push-ups, and presses, among other full-body exercises, and of course, I couldn't leave out a little front.
