My Actifit Report Card: October 20 2021

Meeting my today's target was wonderful. I told myself that I must attain 40,000 activity count and that was achieved by God's grace. I woke up this morning and said a little prayer, after that my exercise began: I did some jogging very early in the morning, in-between the jogging I stretched and also took a work. After that I did my house chores and then took my bath and proceeded to the office. Working in a story building helps me to climb the stairs on a daily basis.
Today in general was a fruitful day.
