Hola amigos de #HIVE y #actifit por aqui Samy. Hoy les comparto mi reporte sobre lo que hice el día de hoy. El día de hoy estuve en mis pasantías me levanté temprano en la mañana y realicé mi rutina diaria para dirigirme a mí pasantía temprano, hoy realmente sentí que caminé bastante y estoy muy contenta porque ya aprobaron mi informe de pasantías y solo espero a que mi tutora lo firme solo me queda una semana en mis pasantías pero estoy muy contenta por todo lo que he aprendido y las experiencias vividas ahí sobre todo por la comida que realmente es buena.

Hello friends of #HIVE and #actifit, Samy here. Today I'm sharing my report on what I did today. Today I was at my internship. I got up early in the morning and did my daily routine to go to my internship early. Today I really felt like I walked a lot and I'm very happy because they already approved my internship report. I'm just waiting for my tutor to sign it. I only have one week left of my internship, but I'm very happy for everything I've learned and the experiences I had there, especially for the food, which is really good.

El día de hoy mi tutora revisó mi informe de pasantías y luego de comparar con cómo estaba mi informe al principio de mis pasantías y con el de ahora me felicitó por mi trabajo y me dio un apretón de manos ese hecho me alegro muchísimo solo me falta terminar mi tiempo ahí y exponer mi trabajo en la escuela frente a jurados ( que nervios) estuve ayudando tanto en la oficina como en trabajo de campo y el día de hoy nos tocó vaciar extintores así que salimos un poco del hotel y nos dirigimos a uno de los terrenos que está alrededor para hacer esta tarea.

Today my tutor reviewed my internship report and after comparing it with how my report was at the beginning of my internship and with the one now, she congratulated me on my work and shook my hand. That fact made me very happy. I just need to finish my time there and present my work at school in front of juries (how nervous). I was helping out both in the office and in the field and today we had to empty fire extinguishers so we left the hotel for a bit and headed to one of the surrounding fields to do this task.

Diría que fue bastante divertido consistió en que cada uno llevaba un extintor, había una bajada para llegar al sitio en el que íbamos a hacer esto, quitábamos los seguros del extintor y procedíamos a vaciarlo. Fue divertido ya que el contenido salía con presión jaja pero realmente puedo decir que aprendí sobre esta medida de seguridad ya que nunca había trabajado con extintores. Luego de varias subidas para vaciar todos los extintores los dejamos en el carrito en el que estaba y solo tocó esperar a que pasaran por ellos este es un proceso que normalmente se hace una vez al año en el hotel.

I'd say it was pretty fun. Each of us carried a fire extinguisher. There was a descent to reach the spot where we were going to do this. We unlocked the extinguisher and proceeded to empty it. It was fun because the contents came out under pressure, haha, but I can really say I learned about this safety measure since I'd never worked with fire extinguishers before. After several climbs to empty all the extinguishers, we left them in the cart it was on and just had to wait for them to come by. This is a process that is normally done once a year at the hotel.

Este fue mi almuerzo el día de hoy. Una rica pasta con un delicioso guiso de carne molida y queso rallado realmente estaba muy bueno con el jugo de sandía. Le llevé un poco de torta de mi cumpleaños a los chicos de la oficina para compartir ❣️. Ese fue el resumen de mi día, hoy finalicé lo que quedaba de mi tarde ayudando en unas cosas de oficina y me pareció creativo traerles esta imagen captada desde mi cámara.

This was my lunch today. A delicious pasta with a delicious ground beef stew and grated cheese. It was really good with the watermelon juice. I brought some of my birthday cake to the guys at the office to share ❣️. That was the summary of my day. Today I finished the rest of my afternoon helping out with some office stuff, and I thought it would be creative to bring you this image captured with my camera.

Es todo por hoy. Hoy no fui al gimnasio ya que entre una cosa y otra estaba un poco cansada siendo que caminé bastante jeje, me quedé en casa pero realicé una pequeña rutina aquí, les dejo está foto de un amanecer en puerto ordaz y de mi nuevo estilo de cabello. That's all for today. I didn't go to the gym today because what with one thing and another, I was a little tired even though I walked a lot, hehe. I stayed home but did a little workout here.
