Hola amigos de #HIVE y #actifit por aqui Samy. Hoy les comparto mi reporte sobre mis actividades estos días, el día de ayer finalice mi semana de entrenamiento junto con mi madre, hoy también llovió y luego salió el sol como si nada hubiera pasado🌞.

Hello friends of #HIVE and #actifit, Samy here. Today I'm sharing my report on my activities these past few days. Yesterday I finished my week of training with my mom. Today it also rained, but then the sun came out as if nothing had happened🌞.

Todo bien para variar, tengo en mente comprarme una cuerda para saltar me gusta ese tipo de cardio y una liga elástica que me ayude como asistente para realizar las dominadas, por ahora me salen 2 casi 3 dominadas. Teniendo en cuenta que es con mi peso corporal y lo eh hecho sin ayuda me siento orgullosa por ello.

All good for a change. I'm thinking about buying a jump rope. I like that kind of cardio. I also want to buy an elastic band to assist me with pull-ups. So far, I've managed 2, almost 3 pull-ups. Considering that I've done it with my body weight and without help, I'm proud of it. .

El día de hoy salí con mis padres en la mañana para desayunar, quisimos salir de la rutina así que fuimos al famoso supermercado Río y pedimos algo de desayuno, ya sé, no les traje fotos de la comida lo olvidé realmente pero les traje una linda frase que estaba en el vaso de café "sé el cambio que quieres ver en el mundo" me gustó mucho esta frase, sabemos que no siempre hay buenas personas en el mundo pero tú y yo podemos ser esas personas que dejen un impacto bueno en la otra.

Today I went out with my parents in the morning to have breakfast, we wanted to get out of the routine so we went to the famous Rio supermarket and ordered some breakfast, I know, I didn't bring you pictures of the food I really forgot but I brought you a nice phrase that was on the coffee cup "be the change you want to see in the world" I really liked this phrase, we know that there are not always good people in the world but you and I can be those people who leave a good impact on each other.

O al menos intentarlo no? Mi padre pidió una arepa con carne mechada y café con leche, mi madre y yo empanadas de carne mechada ella con café con leche y yo con un jugo de pera. Les soy sincera? El desayuno estaba bueno pero nos lo sirvieron frio😅, que se puede hacer.. igual comimos luego mi madre y yo fuimos a caminar un poco por el centro comercial a ver si encontrabamos algo lindo.

Or at least try, right? My dad ordered an arepa with shredded beef and coffee with milk, my mom and I ordered shredded beef empanadas, she ordered coffee with milk, and I ordered pear juice. Should I be honest? Breakfast was good, but they served it cold😅. What can you do? We ate anyway, then my mom and I went for a walk around the mall to see if we could find something nice.

Spoiler? No encontramos nada, encontrar algo que nos guste y sea de buena calidad es algo difícil la moda ha estado un poco loca últimamente. Regresamos a casa y al rato mi padre me dijo que cerrara mis ojos y abriera mis manos, tenia algo de temor por qué imagine que seria un animal, y si, rescató a un polluelo que estaba solo en un pozo de agua, le he dado papilla de manzana y le hice su nido en esta canasta con algunos calcetines limpios que ya no uso, está dormido por ahora ¿Alguna idea de que nombre ponerle al polluelo?. We returned home and after a while my father told me to close my eyes and open my hands, I was a little scared because I imagined it would be an animal, and yes, he rescued a chick that was alone in a water hole, I have given it apple puree and made its nest in this basket with some clean socks that I no longer use, it is asleep for now. Any idea what to name the chick?
