My Actifit Report Card: September 21 2021
Walking: 4 mi
Walked to the supermarket at lunch. Had to walk another half mile to get the car after work. After dinner, just strolling around catching Skitties (below).
Scrambled egg and Taylor ham for breakfast. Salami and cheese for lunch. Cauliflower crust pizza for dinner. Virtually no carbs again. This has been going quite well so far!
