When the mustard oil runs out at home, we mix the mustard with the body and bring the mustard by threshing it nicely and we use that mustard oil a lot of time for eating and various purposes.
But those who live in the countryside from village to village but can no longer do anything by threshing mustard oil because they use mustard oil in most of the shops. I can see the kind of arrangement that I can break and dance in a place today which I like very much.
The mustard oil can be milled from here just like in the village. If we do not thresh the mustard from here, then the number one pure mustard oil will come out.
The mustard threshing machine inside this car also sits neatly and threshes the mustard oil with the help of the machine. Anyone who sees this thing will be very happy to see that there is such a beautiful system inside the city that we can thresh the mustard oil like a village.

হ্যালো বন্ধুরা আসসালামুআলাইকুম সবাই কেমন আছেন আশা করি সবাই ভাল আছে ও সুস্থ আছেন। তাস্কের আমি আপনাদের সামনে একটি গল্প বলব যে গল্পটি হল গ্রাম অঞ্চলের একটি ঐতিহ্য গল্প আশা করি আপনারা সবাই ছবিটি দেখলে বুঝতে পারবেন যে কিসের গল্প বলুন বন্ধুরা দেরী না করে শুরু করা যাক।
আমরা সাধারণত গ্রাম অঞ্চলের সরিষা মাড়াই করার জন্য সরিষা মিলে নিয়ে যায় এবং সেখান থেকে সরিষা মাড়াই করে নিয়ে এসে থাকি কিন্তু আমরা যে সরিষা দিয়ে মাড়াই করে থাকি নিজের বাড়ি সরিষা এই সরিষার তেল একেবারে এক নম্বর খাঁটি সরিষার তেল বাইর হয় আমাদের ।
বাড়িতে যখন সরিষার তেল ফুরিয়ে যায় তখন আমরা শরীর নিয়ে সরিষা মিলে যায় এবং সরিষা গুলো সুন্দর করে মাড়াই করে নিয়ে আসে এবং সেই সরিষার তেল আমরা অনেক সময় খাওয়ার কাজে এবং বিভিন্ন কাজে লাগিয়ে থাকে।
কিন্তু যারা গ্রামে গ্রামে থেকে শহরে থাকে তারা কিন্তু আর সরিষার তেল মাড়াই করে কোন কিছুই করতে পারে না এর কারনে তারা বেশিরভাগ দোকানের সরিষার তেল ব্যবহার করে থাকে।তো আজকে আমার চোখে এমন একটা জিনিস পড়েছে যেটা আমার দেখে খুবই ভাল লেগেছে যেটা আমরা গ্রামে কত সুন্দর মিল থেকে ভাঙ্গিয়ে নাচতে পারি সে রকমই ব্যবস্থা আজকে এক জায়গায় দেখছি যেটা আমার কাছে খুবই ভালো লেগেছে।
যে আমরা গ্রামের মতন করেই এখান থেকেই সরিষার তেল মাই করে নিতে পারে যদি আমরা সরিষা কি নিয়ে এখান থেকে মাড়াই করে নেই তাহলে এক নম্বর খাঁটি সরিষার তেল বাহির হবে তার গাড়িটি দেখতে একটু অদ্ভুত টাইপের গ্রামে যেরকম সরিষা মাড়াই করতে হলে মিলের ভিতরে সরিষার মেশিন বসানো থাকে।
তেমনি এই গাড়ির ভিতরে সরিষা মাড়াই করার মেশিন টাও সুন্দর করে বসে মেশিনের সাহায্যে সুন্দর করে সরিষার তেল মাড়াই করে দেয় এই জিনিসটা যেই দেখবে না কেন তারই দেখে খুবই ভাল লাগবে যে এত সুন্দর ব্যবস্থা আছে শহরের ভিতরে যে আমরা গ্রামের মতন করেই সরিষার তেল মাড়াই করতে পারি।
