Walking around the city - De paseo por la ciudad

I was walking for several hours in the city and went to get some medical exams, thank God the results came out well, but it was good for me to get out of the routine and walk through other streets.

In the course of that outing I was able to enter a shopping center where I had a healthy and nutritious lunch, it was a salad containing bread, cheese, lettuce, chicken, pineapple fruit, olives and a rich dressing plus a banana juice.

It was a special day that helped me to continue with my Actifict routine and clear my mind, letting go of so much stress.

De paseo por la ciudad

Estuve caminando por varias horas en la ciudad y fui a buscar unos exámenes médicos gracias a Dios los resultados salieron bien pero me sirvió salir de la rutina y caminar por otras calles.

En el transcurso de esa salida pude entrar en un centro comercial donde almorcé una comida saludable y nutritiva, era una ensalada que contenía pan, queso, lechuga, pollo, la fruta piña, aceitunas y un rico aderezo además de un jugo de banana.

Fue un día especial que me sirvió para seguir con mi rutina de Actifict y despejar mi mente, soltando tanto estrés.
