He pensado hacer una serie de publicaciones mostrando mis outfits deportivos con doble propósito, el primero es para registrar mis cambios físicos, aunque ya perdí casi 10 kilos y no los registré 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️, aún tengo que seguir bajando de peso y tonificar, y el segundo propósito es el más importante que es fortalecer mi autoestima, salir de mi zona de confort y despertar la chica que duerme en mí, aquella que era extrovertida, atrevida y segura de sí, te preguntaras como voy a hacer eso, y es simple sacándome fotos cada vez que asista al gimnasio como lo hacen todas las demás sin complejos, mostrando sus cuerpos tal y como son, con estrías, varices, celulitis, pero no dejan de ser coquetas y sin duda sexis.

Mi ropa para ir al gimnasio es completa por lo general uso leguis largos, con ellos me siento más cómoda, pero paso a paso he ido progresando en este aspecto, por ejemplo el día de hoy luzco short largo, que se les dice bermudas en mi país, llegan casi a la rodilla, este short fue un obsequio de una de mis primas, es de licra y me encanta su color morado 💜, la parte de arriba es una camisa que le hace publicidad a Laura, con su eslogan mueve con Laura en la parte de adelante y por detrás dice gózate la vida bailando, casi todo el grupo tiene esa camisa en manga larga como la mía y también sin mangas, esta camisa es muy bonita me gusta la combinación de colores y su tela es de buena calidad y fresca. La que tengo puesta me queda un poco grande, pero no importa, me siento bien, y se debe a que la compre de segunda mano, le pertenecía a una señora que emigró a España y me vendió algunas camisas que usan como uniforme el gimnasio.

En los zapatos luzco uno de los dos pares que tengo 🤣. Estos son los más nuevos y son de la marca skechers caros, pero valen el esfuerzo, porque son cómodos y livianos. Las fotos las tomé en la parte de arriba donde funciona la pista de baile, con muchos espejos, todas me gustaron, pero las tomé cuando estaba sola 🤭 voy un paso a la vez.

Purple and pink sports outfit

I've decided to do a series of posts showing my sports outfits with two purposes in mind. The first is to record my physical changes, although I've already lost almost 10 kilos and haven't recorded them 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍ ♀️, I still have to continue losing weight and toning up. The second purpose is the most important one, which is to strengthen my self-esteem, get out of my comfort zone, and awaken the girl inside me, the one who was outgoing, daring, and confident. You may wonder how I'm going to do that, and it's simple: by taking photos of myself every time I go to the gym, like everyone else does without any complexes, showing their bodies as they are, with stretch marks, varicose veins, cellulite, but still flirty and undoubtedly sexy.

My gym clothes are usually long leggings, which I feel more comfortable in, but I've been making progress in this area step by step. For example, today I'm wearing long shorts, which are called Bermuda shorts in my country. They come down to almost my knees. These shorts were a gift from one of my cousins. They're made of Lycra, and I love their purple color 💜. The top is a shirt that advertises Laura, with her slogan “move with Laura” on the front and “enjoy life dancing” on the back. Almost the whole group has this shirt in long sleeves like mine and also sleeveless. This shirt is very pretty. I like the color combination, and the fabric is good quality and cool. The one I'm wearing is a little big on me, but it doesn't matter, I feel good in it, and that's because I bought it second-hand. It belonged to a lady who emigrated to Spain and sold me some shirts that they use as uniforms at the gym.

For shoes, I'm wearing one of the two pairs I have 🤣. These are the newest ones and are expensive Skechers, but they're worth it because they're comfortable and lightweight. I took the photos upstairs where the dance floor is, with lots of mirrors. I liked them all, but I took them when I was alone 🤭. I'm taking it one step at a time.
