My Actifit Report Card: November 25 2022

Hi everyone,

I hope you are doing well and also that you are keeping your Actifit goals!

I forgot to publish yesterday for my activity of Wednesday, that's a shame but since it was a holiday and the weather was terrible, my activity count was not great at all !

Yesterday was a regular day, 8.5 k steps is not too bad. The weather was very good, and the trees are now completely red. The color of the leaves is so intense that it feels unreal sometimes! I guess this is the last few weeks to enjoy it and it the weather becomes windy and/or rainy, everything will fall down. The temperature is still very good, so it might hold for a few weeks, we will see!
