Caída para principiante II (VIDEO) | Beginner Drop II (VIDEO)
Hola nuevamente a todos. Este post contiene la segunda parte del que publiqué el día de ayer. Les comparto otra caída, muy genial, ideal para principiantes. Es dolorosa en las piernas mientras te acostumbras, pero es fundamental para ir soltando el temor a las caídas.
Hello again to all of you. This post contains the second part of the one I published yesterday. I share with you another fall, very cool, ideal for beginners. It is painful on the legs while you get used to it, but it is fundamental to let go of the fear of falling.
Al igual que la caída de la parte I, que nace de figura, ésta caída también nace de una figura básica. La figura la conozco como guerrero, así que la caída también la llamo así, para que sea más fácil de recordar para mi, sin embargo, cada quien es libre de nombrarla como quiera. En otros vídeos la he leído como “candy cane drop”, así que es cuestión de creatividad.
Just like the fall of part I, which is born from a figure, this fall is also born from a basic figure. I know the figure as a warrior, so I call the drop as well, to make it easier for me to remember, however, everyone is free to name it as they wish. In other videos I have read it as "candy cane drop", so it is a matter of creativity.
Es fundamental tener piernas y rodillas fortalecidas, pues cómo podrán apreciar en el vídeo, las telas de una pierna que tiene el nudo, está entre varios nudos adicionales, así que si no se tiene una tensión muscular y fortalecimiento, pueden haber lesiones en la rótula. Pero cumpliendo todas esas condiciones físicas, es una caída muy segura y además se ve muy elegante.

It is essential to have strong legs and knees, because as you can see in the video, the fabrics of a leg that has the knot, is between several additional knots, so if you do not have muscle tension and strengthening, there may be injuries in the kneecap. But fulfilling all those physical conditions, it is a very safe fall and also looks very elegant.
