My Actifit Report Card: November 7 2025

Today was a little different, because there was no electricity all day. However, at least the time was spent fairly well because I had my mobile fully charged in the morning.

I cycled a little in the morning, which made my body feel quite refreshed. I also took a shower before noon, which was very refreshing in the heat of the day.

Even though there was no electricity, I spent the day with a smile on my face by doing small tasks, a little exercise, and taking care of myself. As I learned every day, being active means being strong!
