My Actifit Report Card: April 23 2025

Over ten thousand steps yesterday. I am on a pretty good track of ten thousand plus step days.

Tomorrow, I am taking a day off from work to go over to the house and do some more work on the landscaping. So there will be plenty of steps tomorrow.

Today, I also have over ten thousand steps because we went for a small walk, and I did a weight lifting workout.

    Yes, it is on track, so far the weather is cooperating, hopefully it will stay that way. Today the detached garage is being painted.
