One of those days when I barely reached ten thousand steps. And that is basically thanks to our family trip to Costco.

Tomorrow on the other hand there should be no problem reaching my steps goal as I will be going to the office and the amount of walking there is significant, plus I will do a weight lifting session during my lunch break in the office.
