My Actifit Report Card: May 3 2026

Busy Sunday, it started with some grocery shopping for me, then I mowed the lawn and did edging. After that I was planting new flower plants in our white planters by the front door.

Then I washed the microwave inside and out, as well as washing and cleaning our gas stove. I worked out with our daughter doing a short calisthenics style workout.

Me and my wife went for a walk around our neighborhood and then grilled chicken wings on our grill and I also gave a massage to my wife and I am sure did a few more items that I don't recall.

Tomorrow is back to work and it is going to be eighty degrees outside, so I would have to watch our tomatoes and a Hawaiian rose plant that I am trying to acclimate back to the sun outside after keeping it indoors for the whole winter.

In all this commotion I got a very good number of steps, which is unusual for me during Sundays.

I took massage classes in my youth and had a certification, but never worked as a masseuse.

Yes, it was a good day. Yes we love to sit around the firepit and sometimes we even bake vegetables in it.
