Walking leisurely on the train tracks barefoot makes my body sweat, at first it hurts but after a while it doesn't hurt anymore. I did that while walking while doing reflexology on the soles of my feet by placing my feet on the broken stones on the train tracks. Usually after doing this, when I wake up my body feels good and comfortable.
