My Actifit Report Card: July 17 2020
Who was another fairly in that today. I didn't do much walking and didn't even put my watch on until after work. I did finish to get in a little bit of activity with working out in the backyard, of small block. And then mowing the lawn.
Not putting my watch on in the morning has been costing me a few thousand steps as you can see by the discrepancy between my phone back to fit and I want. I guess it doesn't really matter and at the end of the day but I should do better to carry them both with me most of the day.
I know not much of a happening Friday probably not even even enough steps to Warrant a post, but I'm hoping to have a few big days this weekend again.
I'm looking forward to get back into the routine of running or walking more often and not being so lazy in the mornings before work.
