My Actifit Report Card: August 15 2022

I downloaded the actifit app today and I am having a little difficulty how it works. Can I connect it with my smartwatch? Today I did 20k steps on the watch but only 3k on the actifit.

By the way today I went for swimming in the morning for almost an hour. At the afternoon I walked my dog for 2 km at the beach. It was the time the sun was falling and the sky had beautiful colors. I captured some photos to share with you ;)
