Plusvalenze. L'ora della verità

Il caso plusvalenze sta scuotendo il mondo del calcio.
La Juve è quella che ovviamente sarà travolta (probabilmente riuscendo a farla franca ancora una volta) ma sono tante le squadre che tremano.
Il motivo?
E ' molto semplice.
In Italia, e nel mondo, il sistema calcio è malato e non sta in piedi.
Da qualche anno i bilanci di tutte le squadre risultano fondamentalmente truccati e tutto sotto una luce di legalità assurdo.
In poche parole, da qualche anno si è pensato di sopperire ai problemi di liquidità delle società permettendo loro di spalmare nei bilanci i fittizi ricavi dettati dalla cessione di giocatori i cui prezzi sono stati spesso gonfiati.
Come?
Facendo risultare giocatori giovani dei fenomeni da 20 milioni di euro e delle pippe (tipo Sturaro) dei talenti su cui puntare.
Ogni squadra ha avuto la possibilità di rimandare il proprio default a 5 anni dopo. Questo, a catena, ha prodotto un indebitamento pazzesco che però consentiva a tutti di tirare a campare e di continuare a spendere e gonfiare i bilanci.
La Juve lo ha fatto per un ammontare vicino ai 300 milioni di euro.
300 milioni di euro di debiti spariti grazie alla capacità (illegale) di vendere a prezzi maggiorati i propri giocatori e di trovare accordicchi con tante società oramai divenute satellite della Juve per potersi permettere questo gioco. Tra gli affari loschi è rientrato anche quello di C R 7.
Chi legge i miei post da tempo sa quanto io abbia osteggiato, in termini economici e fattuali l'arrivo di C R 7.
Non sembrava etico quello che stava accadendo.
Una società che era palesemente sull'orlo del default come la Juve era stata capace di acquistare il giocatore più forte e pagato al mondo.
Qualcosa non tornava.
Era come se in una famiglia si continuasse a spendere e vivere al di sopra delle proprie possibilità.
L'arrivo della superlega non era stato affatto casuale ed ora capiamo, capite il perchè.
I soldi non c'erano ma la Juve voleva continuare a spendere ed essere grande.
Lo ha fatto, presumibilmente, gonfiando le plusvalenze e riuscendo ad infrangere le regole. Ora scopriamo che quello sembrava essere un sistema ben oliato, l'ennesimo della storia della vecchia signora.
La superlega doveva colmare quei buchi di bilancio grazie agli investimenti di fondi esteri.
La superlega non è arrivata e la juve è, non casualmente, crollata. Ha venduto C R 7, ha smesso di investire, è diventata una squadra da metà classifica.
Crisi.
Buio.
Nodi che vengono al pettine.

Ora lo fa anche la magistratura.
Tutti tremano.
Nessuno escluso.
La Juve, però, sembra aver sviluppato un sistema e questo rende la cosa da grave a gravissima.
Cosa accadrà?
Speriamo in una pulizia del sistema calcio.
Tutti dobbiamo sperare in una retrocessione ed un ridimensionamento di una società come la Juve da 20 anni legata ad affari illeciti, truffe ed imbrogli. Fosse il doping, o calciopoli, arbitri o mercato, la storia non cambia. La Juventus è stata grande e potente in questi anni solo a scapito degli altri e solo ed esclusivamente avvalendosi di pratiche poco chiare che spero emergeranno.
Crolleranno anche altre squadre. Genoa ed Inter sembrano le altre 2 nel mirino ma non sono le sole.

The capital gains case is shaking the world of soccer.
Juve is the one that will obviously be overwhelmed (probably managing to get away with it once again) but there are many teams that are trembling.
The reason?
It is very simple.
In Italy, and in the world, the soccer system is sick and does not stand up.
For a few years now, the balance sheets of all the teams have been fundamentally rigged, and everything is under a light of absurd legality.
In a nutshell, for a few years now it has been thought to make up for the liquidity problems of the clubs by allowing them to spread in their balance sheets the fictitious revenues dictated by the sale of players whose prices have often been inflated.
How?
By making young players appear to be 20 million euro phenomena and patsies (like Sturaro) talents on which to focus.
Each team has had the opportunity to postpone its default to 5 years later. This, as a chain, has produced a crazy debt that, however, allowed everyone to get by and continue to spend and inflate budgets.
Juventus did this for an amount close to 300 million euros.
300 million euros of debt disappeared thanks to the (illegal) ability to sell their players at higher prices and to find agreements with many companies that have now become satellites of Juve in order to afford this game. Among the shady deals is also included that of C R 7.
Those who have been reading my posts for some time know how much I have opposed, in economic and factual terms, the arrival of C R 7.
What was happening did not seem ethical.
A club that was clearly on the verge of default as Juve had been able to buy the strongest and highest paid player in the world.
Something was not right.
It was as if a family continued to spend and live above their means.
The arrival of the super league had not been accidental at all and now we understand, you understand why.
The money was not there but Juve wanted to continue to spend and be great.
It did this, presumably, by inflating the capital gains and managing to break the rules. Now we discover that this seemed to be a well-oiled system, yet another in the history of the Old Lady.
The Super League was supposed to fill those budget holes thanks to the investments of foreign funds.
The super league did not come and Juventus, not coincidentally, collapsed. It sold C R 7, it stopped investing, it became a mid-table team.
Crisis.
Darkness.
Knots coming to the surface.
Report has been investigating these practices for 2 years.
Now the judiciary is doing it too.
Everyone is trembling.
No one excluded.
Juventus, however, seems to have developed a system and this makes the matter from serious to very serious.
What will happen?
We hope for a cleaning up of the soccer system.
We all have to hope for the relegation and downsizing of a club like Juventus that has been linked for 20 years to illicit deals, swindles and cheating. If it was doping, or calciopoli, referees or market, the story does not change. Juventus has been great and powerful in these years only to the detriment of others and only and exclusively using unclear practices that I hope will emerge.
Other teams will also collapse. Genoa and Inter seem to be the other 2 in the crosshairs but they are not the only ones.
