My Actifit Report Card: Dezember 3 2025

Today was a standard Wednesday with consistent movement! I started with a quick walk to the train station during the morning rush. At the office, I handled emails while taking stairs and pacing on calls. Lunch involved heading to a nearby salad bar. After work, I stopped by the store for groceries wrapped up with a brief evening jog around the block to shake off the day. Totaling 4,607 steps. Staying on track!
