I run on the regular path, but reached my new target. I plan to reach my personal target of 30k steps a day next week as I gradually feel less tired and more energic everyday with my new routine.
You should make sure to drink a lot of water - but remember not to go overboard. There are electrolyte drinks, such as Gatorade or powder mix types, which are necessary for your body because you lose a lot of “salts” through sweating.
