My Actifit Report Card: October 26 2025 / Not Feeling Well

Hello everyone!

Hope all are safe and well! ☺️❤️🙏

Today, I wasn’t able to reach my 10K steps goal because my legs didn’t feel well. Maybe it’s because I pushed myself too much last night, trying to go beyond 10K as my starting point for this one-month challenge while I’m still here in Manila. I was really determined to do more, but maybe my legs weren’t ready yet. 😅

This morning when I woke up, I could already feel a bit of soreness. It wasn’t too painful, but I knew I had to listen to my body. So I decided to take a rest day and just stay home for most of the day. I admit, I felt a bit sad because I wanted to be consistent, but at the same time, I know rest is part of progress too.

Sometimes, we get so focused on reaching our goals that we forget our body also needs time to recover. It’s not always about pushing harder. Sometimes, it’s about knowing when to pause. That’s something I’m learning along the way.

In the evening, I still went out for a short walk a the plaza with an event and dropped by the market to buy a few things. I wasn’t really aiming for steps this time, just wanted to move a little and enjoy the fresh air. Unfortunately, when I checked my phone, my steps weren’t recorded. Maybe I forgot to open my app and didn’t catch it properly. 😅 But I’m sure it was more than 2,000 steps, not bad for someone who needed a break!

Even if I didn’t hit my goal today, I’m still thankful. At least I listened to what my body was telling me. Tomorrow is another day, and I’ll try again. 💪

Every journey, whether fitness or life itself, will always have its ups and downs. What matters most is that we keep going with patience, discipline, and faith that we’ll reach our goals in time. ❤️

Thank You, Lord, for this day of rest and healing. 🙏 Sometimes, slowing down doesn’t mean giving up, it just means we’re preparing for another strong start.
