Food Diary + Actifit Card: April 14 2022
Bad night of sleep, couldn't fall asleep for a long time and then I woke up t etude because I had to use the bathroom. Hydration is important but dang it's small annoying lol
My mom bought some rum for a can't she's baking so after a while of not drinking I had some today. Only got a bit tipsy though, nothing now.
Drink: white rum
Dinner: biiig salad with shrimp, cheese broccoli and bbq sauce
Snack: leftover christmas chocolate
