The “Ack! I need to squeeze in a short walk in between deadlines and interviews” Walk aka My Actifit Report Card: June 2 2022

I looked up and realized I had one hour before a scheduled interview. So I threw on a pair of walking shoes and hit the pavement. I knew I wouldn’t have time for a full walk, but I figured any walk around my neighborhood was better than no walk.

I walked a portion of my normal route in reverse. Which added a fun element to the mix. The pic above is the little nature trail, but in reverse.
