Photography of the day. (22/02/26) Different types of professions.
Our Bangladesh is a middle-income country and most people live below the poverty line. The people here are hardworking and they earn their living through their physical labor, talent, and intelligence. Today I will try to introduce to you the professions of some of the people in our country. I have always respected these working people and loved discussing them.
The picture you see at the beginning is of construction workers.Basically, this machine is used for casting work and inside this machine, sand, cement and other casting materials are mixed together to make a mold and then buildings are constructed with it.
In the second picture you can see some people doing welding work. This work is very difficult and arduous. The gases and light produced during welding are very harmful to the eyes, yet some people repair various essential things through this welding.
This machine is used to make sugarcane juice. Usually, this machine is on the sidewalk and a machine operator uses sugarcane to make juice. This work is quite difficult and dangerous because many times, while making the juice, hands get caught in the machine and many people lose limbs.
They are motor mechanics and perform various types of motor repair work. Since I went in the afternoon, they were having a lazy time at this time, maybe they had nothing to do at this time.
A man sells hand henna and other items under an umbrella in the sun Meanwhile, middle-class people like to do such small businesses, in which they can earn a lot of cash.
An elderly man is selling some yuzu husks, tokhma grains and other juices for the occasion of Ramadan. Meanwhile, our elderly people also try to earn money because many will face financial insecurity in old age and are often neglected by their families. So they use the streets for various business and work purposes for their own personal needs.
