My Actifit Report Card: March 13 2023

Sunday is great for me as we attended Sign Language meeting in the morning. My husband already prepared our breakfast, while I prepared the clothes we're going to wear for the meeting.

We went a half-kilometer walk before we rode the bus on the way to the city. Our meeting went well, I volunteered to interpret from sign language to speaking, and also assisted some deaf people.

We even had a chance to bond with friends including deaf people, and taught them some lessons afterwards. Around 1pm, we went home and it's quite a challenge in the bus as we've been standing for several minutes. We got to have our seats eventually.

I took some rest in the afternoon, having a 30-minute sleep. My sister-in-law came so we could go to the beach. It was fun as we did a food trip from the stalls, and had some fresh air from the beach.

We did a long walk as we headed to 7-11, and another walk back home despite our legs being tired already. We forgot to do stretching that's why.

I still have more than an hour of work in the evening.
