Friday, my best friend and @actifit....
Every day I search through the @actifit posts, looking to encourage users.
It is so nice to see users excited to get healthy, to get and stay fit!
That’s why I keep coming back every day..... and of course the crypto, and my dear friends of silver gold stackers Lol!😇
Friday, the weekend is here, time with the Mrs, my family, we encourage each other to stay healthy too!🥰
Today was a tough @actifit step day. Me and the Mrs are empty nesters, our three grown children have there own families. Our “children “ all have four legs...😻
Today we said goodbye to Itty Bitty, our 17 year three month old cat that passed away last night.....
My how you get attached......
The photo is our youngest “child” Cot, we didn’t even have a photo of Itty Bitty, so sad.
RIP Itty Bitty.......

Kitties are family and it is hard to let go. She will be missed 😿. ALL family is important regardless of how many legs they have. 💕

Oh wow, that's really sad, am so sorry about the loss of Itty Bitty. It's a challenge losing a good pet, I once had my cat ran over by a car and it was really painful. At least you have Cot left.
