First tracks……….
This usually refers to the first person breaking through fresh snow!☺️
Today Silvertop and Liz we finally able to enjoy a snowy hike!
Sunshine and 18 degrees, nothing is melting………
We hiked past the pond, and headed up Keith and Lynne’s snow packed road.
Uphill for a mile or so, Liz had her chain/ crampons on, and was using poles for the uphill climb.
Silvertop not so much……….It’s a Silvertop thing Lol!🤣
We followed Keith’s Tesla tire tracks, expecting to see his car stuck around the next switchback.😮
Amazingly, he made it to the top, four wheel drive with a Tesla!😊
On the hike back down, that’s when Liz spotted “the tracks!”😮
In the third photo, you can see tracks crossing the road.
I think this Cougar was going to the pond for a drink,😻
The tracks lead to the forest, I didn’t want to get any closer!😲
It’s that time of year, as the weather gets cold and snowy, Cougars come down to lower elevations.
It is their home………
One more minute of daylight today, but as the sun started setting, and the temperature started dropping, we were both glad to be headed home!🥶
New Year’s Eve, where has the time gone!
A blind date forty one years ago today,……………my best friend!🥰

So... it was New Year's!
My friend's Wife worked with another Lady. They set us up as a blind date. The four of us went bowling New Years Eve till the clock struck midnight......
Seven Months later we were Married😍
