My Actifit Report Card: February 7 2022

Who put these wonderful drinking fountains on our hiking trails Dad!☺️
Phoenix loves to hike……
She also loves it when Bill my youngest son pulls a fish out of this tiny hole in the ice!😊
They are on the Eastern side of Washington State, over on the Western side ( the wet side😅) we are enjoying sunshine!😎
Today it was Silvertop, @elizabethbit, and Jan. Well that’s how we started today’s hike!
Soon we passed our neighbor from the tiny house with her two kids. They were headed up, as we were headed back down. Dan our local deputy sheriff appeared from another side trail with his two daughters… “well hello neighbor!”
The sunny day with almost 50 degrees is enticing everyone to be outside!😊
On up the Ridge trail, I spotted new Maple sap collecting containers.
It looks like Keith and Lynne switched to taps with hoses, and containers with tight fitting lids.
This is similar to what we used, I think it’s much better……..it keeps any bugs out!😇
I know everything gets boiled but……😳
It was nice to step away from the computer this afternoon!
I have read so many @actifit post stating that this fitness app encourages them to get more steps, and get healthier!
So everything in moderation my friends!
Silvertop will be up early Crypto trading tomorrow, but for now …..the Mountains are calling!😊
