Sometimes the weather can be much nicer down at the Oceanfront.
Liz always wanted to see Boulevard Park in the Winter, today sounded like the day!😊
Parking is always at a premium, and our first clue was plenty of empty spots.😇
“ Honey, it looks like only the Hardy souls are down here today Lol!🤣
A stiff cold wind was blowing a light rain/ snow across the boardwalk.
Nothing like back home in the Mountains, but still bone chilling cold!🥶
@elizabethbit was snapping some photos of the local Sea birds, and she found a very photogenic Crane that didn’t see to mind having his photo taken!😊

We were about to cut today’s hike short, when the wind and snow stopped!
Briefly the Sun came out, and Silvertop started exploring!😎
“ Look honey, what a beautiful Sunset! “😊
Then without missing a beat, the warm rays of the Sun were gone………..
The cold wind returned………..
“ OK Silvertop, I’m ready to go, I’m cold! “ 🥶
“ I’m ready as well honey, maybe we can warm up with a couple of Lattes…………
Then ….I’ll shovel the driveway Lol! “😅
