As I rounded the bend, I spotted a “Big boy toy” parked on the side of the gravel road!☺️
How could Silvertop continue hiking without first climbing up into the cab of my neighbors excavator Lol!
You see boys get older, but they will always be little boys at heart!🤣

The exhaust was still warm, Keith was just here…………

Everything was dripping wet today, I guess the rain finally caught up with us.😅
After “playing” car mechanic all morning, Silvertop was hiking rain or shine!😊
Cars are so much harder to work on now days.
A simple halogen headlight bulb replacement took a couple of hours!🙄
Usually I can see what I am working on……………..
OR……I can touch what I am working on, but usually NOT both Lol!😳
Skinned up hands, and Liz fired up her Suzuki……………
Both headlights!🤗

They say “variety is a spice of life”, so Silvertop followed Keith’s excavator tracks uphill……….
No Bear spray today…….

The trail heading North towards Canada was narrow and it was dark and gloomy today!
Not very smart Silvertop!🙄
This is the location where we spot Cougar and Bear scat regularly!😺
It is Springtime………..
Maybe it’s a good time to call today’s hike………😮
I think Liz needs me to change a second headlight tonight Lol! 😅

Headlights are getting harder to change all the time... It's frustrating. Not much space to work in and you have to take the assembly off half of the time... Ugg.....
