More than you think :)) Census data says:

Hungarians: 6.1% (1,227,623 people) (actually more than 2 mil)
Romani(gypsies): 3.3% (621,573 people) (the same as hungarians, actually the correct number would be between 2 and 3mil, but many declare themselves as romanian citizens so they are not accounted as minorities)
Other minorities include Ukrainians, Germans (Saxons and Swabians), Turks, Tatars, Serbs, Slovaks, Bulgarians, Croats, and Russians, but each of these groups constitutes less than 1% of the total population.
