Sounds like you're motivated and on track to getting Better health my friend! Very healthy 7K @actifit steps today! Have you thought about sparkling bubbly water to kick soda?

Might try that route. Soda is a tough habit to kick but I notice the results when I don't ingest all that sugar.
You are so correct, I was hooked on the Soda habit for years.......
