Yes, lot of concrete buried in the ground, from the previous owners and neighbors that deposit here their construction waste. It is my personal project to transform this piece of land into a garden, and I fully enjoy it!
Sounds like it will be very nice!! I believe that is common practice, when I was building houses years ago I did the same a few times. You really don't think about future owners.....Young and stupid!!🙃😇
