My Actifit Report Card: September 15 2022

Everyone knows that walking is very beneficial for health. But if the weather is bad, can you go outside for a walk? No. Everyone is aware that now is the rainy season. It is natural to have frequent rains. Due to this, people go out for walks less during the rainy season. I can't go for a walk every day because of bad weather. It is raining today. Couldn't go out for a walk even today. I walked nearby home.
