My actifit report 20 August 2020

Rural area is a place which is usually far away from cities or urban areas.
When we hear rural views ,the very first thing comes to our mind is that vast greenery till the horizon and open swath of land with very few buildings and other construction.

The life in this area are much more different than the urban life style.
Cool and slow wind blows all along the day over the crop fields here.
Here the density of population remains low and most of the people are connected with agriculture.
India is an incredible country .Indian nature is very awesome and fantastic green nature .I love Indian nature .This nature touch my heart

Health means good health which makes a man heathy ,active and fit for work. Good health depends on regular physical exercise ,and nutritive food , drinking water etc. If anyone wants to maintain a good health ,he has to rise early in the morning . I get up early morning everyday . I go to walk regularly. Like everyday , Today I went to walk. I walked total 3.5 kilometers . I achived 2283 actifit counts.
