Man, you got me jealous lol. I live in West Virginia and besides the mile trek/jog with boots on and full winter gear. I had to make it in a literal snowstorm two days ago because we ran out of gas and had. I haven't had any nature time lol. But weirdly after my body adjusted to temperature, I had a good time, to be honest, and I woke up feeling way better physically than I have felt in weeks. I was sick with covid for 3 weeks and I think the low temperature and the physical exertion got my muscle and stuff are "activated". I used to work in a freezer and stacked ice bags for a living so I have a little experience with what the body does when it needs to. It's crazy how we adapt so fast.

I'm glad you got to get out there though! It's so good for the mind and body, and honestly so was I after my snow-pacolypse experience.

That is advantages of living not in the snowy reason. Here we have always pleasant weather and sometime cold enough to bear in jackets jackets woolen. The trek just rejuvenate my body completelly. It was adventurous and very interesting when we have family young lads to give a nice company...
