highlights competition Soccer youth below 15

Hello friends, in my my free time am a volunteer Soccer training of the team of my Son. Its the youth under 15 team here in the Netherlands. The team contains players who are 12,13 and 14 years old, what is not normal because it should be a team with players around the same age.

But the club is small and there for they created one team for that age, and put all players together. That made it even more difficult to coach the team, because they are from different level, age or had never played with each other before. So in the beginning it was difficult and we lost the first friendly match, and soon after we got the first victory.

Now almost two months later we ranked first in the competition and could be champion on the end of this year. That is because i managed to create a team and let them play like a team. Just see for yourself, and enjoy the video.
