Segundo mejor tiempo en 10 kilómetros / Second best time in 10 kilometers





Es un gusto saludarles apreciados corredores activos de esta beneficiosa comunidad de Hive Run, esperando se encuentren muy bien rindiendo en sus entrenamientos y sumando kilómetros de vida y salud.
Hoy me desperté bien temprano y con mucho ánimo de salir a correr, asi que no lo pensé, me aliste rápidamente y me fue a realizar mi respectivo calentamiento de estiramiento y comencé a trotar por la zona que frecuento, que es bastante despejada y fresca, iba a un ritmo cómodo, disfrutando de la brisa fresca.
Cuando termino mi carrera, al llegar a mi punto de partida nuevamente me sorprendí de haber recorrido 10 kilómetros en unos minutos más luego de la hora, entonces me imagine que lo hice en un ritmo menor que el que acostumbro hacerlo, efectivamente al sincronizar strava pude ver que lo hice en 6.46 minutos por kilómetro, me sorprendí porque entre semana no pude entrenar, sin embargo corrí sin dificultad, sin cansancio y aun buen ritmo, lo que me anima a seguir.
Al finalizar mi carrera realice una rutina de abdominales y glúteos, tome algunas fotografías y me fui a casa.
Espero poder entrenar entre semana, aunque estoy muy full con varias actividades de clases que los niños tienen pendiente para esta semana, pero lo intentare para asi mantenerme activa, sé que mi cuerpo y salud lo agradecerán.

It is a pleasure to greet you, dear active runners of this beneficial Hive Run community. I hope you are doing well in your training and adding kilometers of life and health.
Today I woke up very early and feeling eager to go for a run, so without thinking twice, I quickly got ready and went to do my usual warm-up stretches. I started jogging around my usual route, which is quite open and cool, at a comfortable pace, enjoying the fresh breeze.
When I finished my run and got back to my starting point, I was surprised to find that I had covered 10 kilometers in just over an hour, so I figured I must have run at a slower pace than usual. Sure enough, when I synced Strava, I saw that I had run at 6.46 minutes per kilometer. I was surprised because I hadn't been able to train during the week, yet I ran without difficulty, without fatigue, and at a good pace, which encourages me to continue.
After finishing my run, I did a routine of abdominal and glute exercises, took some pictures, and went home.
I hope to be able to train during the week, although I am very busy with several activities that the children have pending for this week, but I will try to stay active. I know that my body and health will thank me for it.
