Actifit Report Card from the elevator: December 12 2021

I haven't been able to do a lot of physical activity these days and often, even when I went out, I didn't remember to put the app open in the background.
That's why I haven't posted my daily activities in the last few days.
But yesterday I had a lesson and then I took a nice walk of about 40 minutes, with uphill sections, very regenerating.
Having installed the actifit app has greatly encouraged me not to use the car or the bus to reach the place where I have to go to work. And I must say that for me, super sedentary, this is really great.

I've accomplished a lot of goals these days, and I'm pretty happy with it.
I worked on the weekends, and that also made me more energetic.
In fact, I strongly believe in the power of attraction for all things, passion calls for passion, energy calls for energy.

And the more things I do, the more I want to do it, especially when what I do is what I like to do.

I often think back to the motto:
'Do the job you like and you won't work a day of your life'.

Of course, I'm not saying it's simple, and often it's not even feasible. But at least to carve out one's own space, where to increase and nourish the needs of our soul, that is absolutely fundamental.

So this morning, loaded with my to-do list and very determined to complete it, I took the kids to school.
But unfortunately I was locked in the elevator.
Help will arrive in about an hour, and I think I'll have to postpone my entire schedule. Fortunately, the emergency light is there, the cell phone battery is also charged and above all I don't suffer from claustrophobia.
So I decided to post my yesterday activity in actifit.
