My Actifit Report Card: March 19 2022
I haven't felt very well these past few days. I had a generalized state of malaise that led me to sleep a lot, about 10 hours a night, and on Thursday even to take a nap during the day from 3 pm to 5 pm, which never happens to me.
I actually would have slept a lot more, but housework, children, shopping, and classes couldn't be postponed.
I struggled to reach 5,000 today, going to buy fruit and vegetables and then accompanying my daughter to my parents' house because she wanted to go to sleep with her grandparents.
My husband is very apprehensive because of the covid, my daughter would like to go to her friends' house but there is the fear of contagion.
So I indulge her desire for freedom, letting her go to my parents' house where she has the bedroom of when I was a girl at her disposal.
The grandparents are delighted and she is super spoiled by them: better than that 😁
In the photo the cotton tree in bloom. It is an Asian tree, and I find it super beautiful.
