I read your words and they reach me unfiltered.
That struggle to stay clear, the noise drowning out the real voices, the anger growing with nowhere to go. I’ve been in those spaces too.
I know how hard it is to hold those feelings without being consumed by them.
But the fact that you can see and most of all name them without letting them define you, that is compassion.
Thank you for writing this without a mask. It’s not too much, it’s human. And sometime necessary.
