My Actifit Report Card: October 17 2021

Zaczynam się chyba domyślać, dlaczego jestem taki zmęczony. W zeszłym tygodniu dziwilem się, że nie mam siły w nogach itd, ale jak w sobotę się baluje a w niedzielę rano biega w przykucu na basenie z bomblem. A potem jeszcze dwugodzinny spacer,podczas którego zrobiłem 141 km 🤪 tak znowu GPS nawalił. Warto też wspomnieć o tym jak weszliśmy podczas tego spaceru do knajpy z nadzieją, że coś ciamkniemy, ale bōmbel się obudził i nas wygonił.

I'm starting to realise why I'm so tired. Last week I was wondering why I had been so tired. But when you party on Saturday and on Sunday the first thing you do is to get to pool classes with your moppet during which you crouch down all the time and than you go for a few hours walk during, which you do 141 km 🤪 Yeah the GPS went mad again. It's worth mentioning that during the walk we went to a pub to eat something, but the moppet woke up crying and we decided to flee.
