My Actifit Report Card: September 29 2025

Obawiam się, że dzisiaj zapadła decyzja, czy mimo wszystko będziemy skarżyć na bank za kredyt. Można na nas trochę zwalić, ale prawda jest taka, że miałem nadzieję, że uda się załatwić dokumenty do zakończenia budowy. Co gorsza każdy zwala na tego drugiego i tak do końca nie wiadomo kogo pozwać w razie sporu. W tym wszystkim jest jeszcze nas znajomy architekt. W każdym razie trzymamy kciuki za to, żeby bank pozwolił nam złożyć dokumenty później, bo wykonanie tego nie jest możliwe. Trzeba to było zrobić wcześniej.

I'm afraid the decision was made today whether we'll sue the bank for the loan after all. We could be blamed for some of it, but the truth is, I was hoping we'd be able to get the paperwork done by the end of the construction. Worse still, everyone blames the other person, and it's unclear who to sue in the event of a dispute. An architect friend of ours is also involved in all this. In any case, we're keeping our fingers crossed that the bank will let us submit the paperwork later, because it's not possible. We should have done it sooner.
