I voted YES, because it's better to do this than do nothing in this situation.
On the other hand if it succeeds, I'd like to correct the route in following points a bit (after some period of time) :

4 - The delegation to @actifit.rewards will be removed

I believe the cooperation should return and some part of delegation should be reestablished

7- @sports-gov HDB will be used to buy more Hive to increase account HP

If we talk about the 70+ HBD only, then OK,

9 - We will analyze the best offer to delegate some HP to generate passive income to community (ALIVE, LEO, ARCHON or BRO are some projects that will be analyzed)

What portion of HP are we talking about? It needs to be set if we're to delegate 50% or 100%.

10 - We will analyze projects that return yield delegating Hive Engine that accounts have and are not be used

What are they? I used to know @brofi but is there any working right now?

11 - All HBD won by @sports-gov and @sportstalksocial through posts will be used to buy Hive.

I believe that after (let's say half an year) a part of these income should be set to burn sports

Let me explain what I know and I can

This needs to be analyzed because we are delegating 5K during 3 years and @actifit.rewards it is only curating actifit posts and a lot of them with low quality.
This account never curates SportsTalkSocial community posts.

If we talk about the 70+ HBD only, then OK,

Currently, it is only 70 HBD, and it is not earning any interest and for the community it will be better to be converted to HP and used to curate posts.

What is this transfer about?

The transfers to @newsportsholding it was patrick moving personnel funds out of community accounts. That is correct, since the funds not belong to community.

The other one I don't have information about it.

In my opinion, max amount is 50% because we need HP to curate quality posts on the community.

That is the goal. Start to have a regular passive income that allows to buy SPORTS from market and burn it.
I don't know if we will be possible to implement this in half year or a year after start generating passive income.
