Shopping Fruits and More (My Actifit Report Card: March 23 2023)
Today was pretty excited for me. Going to the fruit market, I mustered up my energy to pick some fruit that would be useful.
Useful I mean fruit that will be consumed by me and my wife. Often I feel like buying a lot of fruit because I can't stand my taste buds. My wife often reminds me not to overdo it.
Tomorrow I'm going to make fruit smoothies, so I buy some fruit. The fruit market where I often buy. There is quite complete.
Especially for strawberries I could only find strawberries in this market. One package contains medium-sized strawberries. Not too small.
One pack costs $1. About 250 grams in weight. Feeling excited in my head, I can't wait to make smoothies for tomorrow.
Next, after buying flowers, I headed to the flower market. Choose some flowers available there. Not much because it was already noon.
The florist said that when it is noon, the stock of flowers has run out and all that is left are wilted flowers. But that doesn't matter. I can get you some nice flowers. There is a price reduction too.
My choice of flowers is quite a variety of colors. I hope my wife likes my choice of flowers. Everything looks beautiful to me.
After buying flowers, I headed to the market for daily necessities. There are several ingredients that I bought according to the list from my wife.
The daily activity is enough to make me walk for exercise. Shopping while exercising. Hopefully my practice can improve in the future.
