Walking Around the Clean City Square (My Actifit Report Card: May 22 2025)

The city square is my main destination for activities to be healthier. Usually I take my passengers and then I use the time while waiting for them to walk around.

In the afternoon I arrived at the Klaten City Square. I stopped at the mosque in front of the square. The weather was very hot.

My passengers wanted to pray at the mosque in front of the Klaten City Square. While waiting I walked around to stretch my body after driving.

There were many people seen resting around the Klaten City Square. That might be because there are many large trees around the Klaten City Square.

This area is used as a green area in my opinion and is good for walking or jogging.

The Klaten City Square area looks neatly arranged. This is good in my opinion so that the public feels at home stopping here.

The ground area uses a combination of natural stone and anti-slip ceramics.

Architectural decorations are added, for example, with parts of regional art here.

Then the area near the road is decorated with beautiful colorful cement balls and can be used to sit in the afternoon when it is not hot.

There is an award monument for the city of Klaten, namely the Adipura award in 2022, the award is for the cleanest city.

Klaten City is a small city but it feels like it even though the weather is hot. The people here are also friendly to greet me.

The important thing for me is that this place looks really clean. Trash cans are available everywhere.

The government must have worked well to send cleaning staff and also arrange the park to make the City Square look good and comfortable for visitors.

Seats are provided in many places, I'm sure it will be crowded in the afternoon, especially on weekends, while today I visited on a weekday.

I can't wait to share my other activities in Klaten City, but I hope I have free time while waiting for my passengers and I will write so I don't get bored waiting.
