My Actifit Report Card: May 6 2022

I finally installed actifit and started my weight losing journey. Now, I can keep track of how much activity I do on a daily basis. I got the inspiration of doing this from the members of ListNerds. Thank you guys.

Today, my steps count was 6,607. I think I should increase it to over 10k. Tomorrow my son has exam and I'll be taking him to the examination centre. I will have 4 hours free time. I will try and add 4-5K steps in that spare time.
