My Actifit Report Card: May 7 2022

Today I completed 15,439 steps, probably the highest in my life. I'm a very lazy person LOL. Actifit has increased my daily activities from the second day itself.

I think for the time being I should stick to 10k as my daily goal. I'm overweight by 10kg, and so I need to shed those extra fats ASAP.

Today I could manage so many steps because I had 4 hours of extra time. These four hours I'm not going to get everyday, and hence my activity count will be less.

Keep exercising and stay safe.
